Have you tried accutane? It's cured alot of acne cases and can be beneficial for rosacea too.

looking for something that works

I'm hoping to find someone who has a similar experience. I have rosacea which can be controlled with the MetroCream. But I also have acne. I've had it my whole life. I'm 29 and sick of it now. I'm tired of trying to cover it up and I'm tired of muddy complexions. I don't ever expect a clear creamy complexion, but at least something that doesn't make me feel embarrassed when I catch my face in a mirror in the sunlight (makeup can barely mask it in artificial light, but sunlight tells the truth.)

Anyway, I've tried sulfacet, azelex, Retin A, Metro gel and cream, etc. I don't want to take Tetracyclene orally. Is there anything that works to clear up rosacea and acne? The cea LTD looks promising, but I expect, like the other topical antibiotics, my skin will look great for 2 weeks and then go right back to normal.

I know this is predominately a rosacea group, but it seems acne and rosacea go hand in hand in some cases and I'm hoping at least one person has the answer.

Thanks,
