I have slept with a white noise machine since I was a little kid.

Mine is the old fashion kind that you often see in doctor's offices by

MARPAC Corp. It is called Sleep-Mate. You use to be able to find

them in stores like Sears but I had to order my last one on the

internet. There are other type of white noise machines and I do

believe you can find them at places like Wal-Mart and Target.
