Does getting sick make you feel your fibro worse? I can testify, YES IT

DOES. I caught a horrible chest cold just at the end of my family's

visit, thanks to that same family, of course! And, as a result, the

aches, pains, and so forth, have made it all that much worse. Combining

the cold with the pain of my joints from jaw to toes is beyond

description, let's put it that way. There's no way to describe the

amount of pain, the pulsation, the waves, the near alternating current

of these pains I have been suffering. It royally sucks.

My daughter and son-in-law have noticed that when the flu goes through the

family and I catch it, I am almost a hundred times worse than anyone else and

they very strongly believe that it is due to the fibro. They also strongly

believe that fibro is an autoimmune disease, which seems to be something under

dispute with the professionals, so they (my daughter and sil) believe that

is why I pick up viruses so easy and get them so hard.
