Guest guest
I believe green tea is only bad for kidneys if you have a kidney problem. My mother was told not to drink it but only for that reason. ~Jennie **************Start the year off right. Guest guest
Hi Darlene and Debbie, I had no idea that green tea was bad for you. I drink it at least twice a day. I really like it and hate to hear it's bad for me. I haven't had any bladder/UTI problems. I wonder if they are only bad for you if you have problems in that area? I'll have to check into that or someone else could if they know where to look, because I hate to give it up. Take care, Marti deebs87 wrote: >> > One thing I didn't know was that diet drinks and teas are natural > diurectics! Do drink lots of water all day, too. Debbie J > > --------------------------------- Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo! Search. Guest guest
I think it's mainly black, caffienated tea that's bad. Will have to check the info my urologist gave me and see if green tea is bad. Debbie J > > Hi Darlene and Debbie, > I had no idea that green tea was bad for you. I drink it at least twice a day. Guest guest
Hi Marti, This article from the Green Tea Workshop has some good information. Other sites had similar information about green tea benefits. Hope this site will help: http://www.greenteaworkshop.com/ hugs, Debbie J > > > > Hi Darlene and Debbie, > > I had no idea that green tea was bad for you. I drink it at > least twice a day. Guest guest
You're most welcome Marti! We drink Lipton's Diet mixed berry tea in the mornings and Lipton's brewed tea I make in the afternoon/evening. Have tried Lipton's Diet citrus tea but it was hard on my empty stomach. hugs, Debbie J > Hi Marti, > This article from the Green Tea Workshop has some good information. > Other sites had similar information about green tea benefits. > Hope this site will help: > > http://www.greenteaworkshop.com/ > > hugs, > >> > > > > > > > > > > > --------------------------------- > > > Looking for last minute shopping deals?
