Exercise and Protein Train Pulling Out

My train left late tonight. I did 45 min on the treadmill ending at 11:25

PM. For dinner I had a part of a tiny 1 egg omelet with cheddar and jack cheese.

My dog ate what I couldn't. I am feeling frustrated about exercise because I

don't have the freedom to just do what I want, because of my son. He was

good while I was on the treadmill. He actually didn't try to put anything on

the

conveyer belt while I am on it, for once! LOL! He likes to put his toys on

it and then watch me try to avoid tripping. I am also worried about when I

find a new job. I am afraid it will interfere with my water aerobics. (I was

laid off back in April from a job I had for 6 years.)

The trains pulling out here in Germany. I am drinking a chocolate shake

flavored with Da Vinci peanut butter and banana syrups...I think I am going

to go walk 30 minutes on the tread mill before I go to work. I am going to

make some chicken salad to take to work with me...

I hate to be a nitpicker, but I've had about 8 of these e-mails today, and

with over 200 emails this morning, I hate to delete important posts because of

these unrelated ones. Even the one-liners get annoying because they just clog

up the system ... I'm new and don't mean to complain or anything, but I NEED

this list and the information you guys have, not " thanks " type e-mails or

things on a football team I don't care anything about.

Good idea! I see those strollers often in our local Pennysaver (where people

sell used stuff). There are alot of people that buy and no longer need. I

guess you can check Craig's list in your area. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/

Mike Tune wrote: How old is your son? How about

one of those strollers that runners use for

for him and have him ride with you as you walk outside?

That's just part of it. Sometimes we do stray off topic a bit. People

are naturally chatty. And there are some one-liners. You have to take

it all or none. There are a lot of emails in the group. It's just part

of it.
