Or is something in the situation would point to that? Just curious. I think it is really great if they tested him for arsenic, but a bit unusual (and enlightened) on their part. > At the time, I knew nothing about mercury or any of this. Can you > tell me where could arsenic have come from? See Dana's metals page: http://www.danasview.net/metals.htm > Also, could this in his system be > the reason for the seizures or behavior? I think so. I do not feel certain about the specific relationship between arsenic and seizures, but I think there is clearly a relationship between autism and metals. I think there is also with seizures and metals, but I have less knowledge about that. > The doctor said he was fine and not > to worry. :[ This is not so enlightened. > As I said, I knew nothing about all this then. Now he is 7. What > supplements get rid of arsenic, and help with behavior? Alpha lipoic acid gets rid of arsenic. You can read a brief summary of how to use it, here: /files/Andy_dose_sched It also removes mercury. > My 3 youngest are all > hyper and impulsive and moody. What could help with this? I'm not great with recommending supplements, so I will leave this for someone else to comment on. However, you may want to consider whether the other kids are also toxic with arsenic or other metals. You might want to test any or all of them (including the one who you were told had arsenic.) /files/HOW_TO_hair_test best wishes, Moria
Guest guest
Thanks for your help Andy. I appreciate it very much. Is there files that help with the correct doses for each child? Thanks again, Sharon
Guest guest
Suggestions: 1. chelation with alpha lipoic acid on the 3-4 hour protocol removes arsenic. 2. get all your children's medical records and figure out what led the doc to say arsenic. 3. Hydrogenated fat exclusion! 4. Try inositol instead of zoloft. 5. Try vitamin A instead of risperdal. 6. Try the general vitamin C + B complex + magnesium + milk thistle 3 or 4 times a day approach we discuss here, and also vitamin E daily. Andy . . .. . . > I have kind of been a lurker on this list. Guest guest
> What > supplements get rid of arsenic, and help with behavior? Maybe you would like to read the ANDY_INDEX file in the Files section of this list. There is a lot of information there, including supplements. Also, maybe you should consider chelation with ALA (lipoic acid). It chelates arsenic. > My 3 youngest are all > hyper and impulsive and moody. What could help with this? Do you happen to know if their thyroid is functioning normally? or even their adrenals... There are many many supplements you can try. Do they take right now anything? Even if you try a supplement that will not work for them (or for one of them) there is no damage you can do, so you shouldn't be afraid to try them. Just for a few days... it should be enough to see if something will help or not. Maybe magnesium would be a good start. Also, did you ever try epsom salt baths? Generally associated with phenols http://www.danasview.net/phenol.htm Can also be yeast http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm >>With my youngest 3, they are on risperadol and > clonodine.
