I waited for 1 period before trying again (and suceeding)....I think it's

really up to you and when you are ready to start trying again! Some people

aren't ready right away and grieve longer, and some are ready right away!

Make sure you still take your prenatal vitamins if you take them now or make

sure you get plenty of folic acid in your body!

I'm really sorry you have to go through this, I know how it feels!!!

Fawn,

I believe that in Taking Charge of Your Fertility she says to way two full

normal cycles before trying again. My thoughts are with you!

Thanks girls. I think all of the support, prayers and thoughts are whats

helping me get through. I know I'll make it--it'll just take me some time.

And I just try to thank God that I have such a wonderful, healthy baby and

terrific family and friends to be with me.

My doctor told me that when my body was ready for another baby my AF

would

return and then I could start trying again. I was pregnant three months

later.
