ALOT that is fantastic... Keep it up, your an inspiration!

Mike wrote: I woke up at 6:15am and walked with

my daughter to the Farmer's

Market and a coffee shop (about 1.5 miles one way). We each had a low

fat frozen chai tea latte. I then drank two 16.9oz waters on the way

home. I got home and rested for an hour and a half.

I then took a 44oz cup of Fruit Punch Crystal Lite and drank that

while we walked 2.5 miles, one way, to my company picnic at the zoo.

We then walked a little bit in the zoo and around the picnic area. I

took three 16.9oz of water from the picnic and easily finished those

off on the walk back.

I then had a 32 oz of Crystal Lite Raspberry iced tea on the way to

driving my daughter to a consignment shop.

Now it's almost 6pm and I'm planning to walk downtown again at 7:15pm

with a friend to see a comedy show (.7 miles one way). I'll probably

take a couple 16.9oz waters for the walk down and maybe a couple for

the walk back.

That's 9.4 miles of walking and possibly as much as 228 oz of liquids

for those keeping score.

Granted this is a pretty atypical day but it just now dawned on me

that I'm going a little crazy with the walking and drinking.

Hope you're all having a great weekend!
