Guest guest
Who else is on this drug??? What have your side effects been & did they go away??? My doctor prescribed this to me the other day...100 mg & then in a week I will go to 200 mg. I felt great during the day...I actually had ENERGY & got a lot done. I started feeling sick around 2am & when I woke up the next morning was very very naseous & was vomiting. Is this normal? Is this something that will go away once I am used to it? It's hard b/c my orthopaedist & primary care doctor are contradicting each other. But my orthopaedist seems to listen to me more about everything. I am not sure my primary care doctor really thinks I have it. She ran all kinds of blood tests. The nurse had a hard time getting my blood. I think she had to stick me about 5 times to get enough blood for the tests. That has never happened before...but my blood would not go into the vials. I have really bad bruising now & my elbows are KILLING ME after that. That & my IBS is really acting up...that's so embarrassing!

Guest guest
Nope...it's not because I only work around animals all day or on my farm...so I would not have been around anyone to contract it. That & the fact that I NEVER get sick. > > > In a message dated 1/8/2008 4:09:13 P.M. Guest guest
Honestly, I do not take all the time. Maybe I should so I don't flare up as bad. I take it when I am in extreme pain. My doc. has prescribed 50mg than as needed. But when I am in pain, I take between 150 to 200 mg at one time. Lussia God Bless You! --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Guest guest
I am told to take 100mg once per day for 1 week and then go to 200 mg once per day. I am not sick until a few hours before it wears off. Before then I feel fine, but it hits me right when I have to wake up & then I don't feel good until noon. Is the nausea (sp?) something that will go away as I get used to it? > > > I have take this med. Yes, Ultram is great, but I > > have noticed if I take too much I get sick like you > > did.
