That has happened to me also. I am so sorry you are not doing well. this cold

weather has me really hurting. I have been in bed mostly with the heating pad.

Yep! I've been there too! There's many a times that I've called

and rescheduled appointments(I have to go 35 miles to see him!) or

just plain forgot that I was supposed to go! Ooopppss! lol Hey! I

only go once a month and with the shape I'm in - who can remember

something that far apart? lol I hurt so bad that all I can do is

laugh at myself or I'd be crying. I have an appointment tomorrow, now

let's see if my body will let me go!

Hope you get to feeling better Debra. I had a slight reprieve and now

it's hit my lower back. I just give up. No matter how hard I try to

stay positive the pain get's too bad to handle.
