Thanks for the thorough report. I have Mark's information but hadn't put it into use, mostly because I don't really understand the garlic/ginger/horseradish. Is this a single product that you buy, or do you put it together yourself? I too have SLOWLY started towards healthier eating but slip back now and again. Thanks for the inspiration!
