B12 & Magnesium for Migraines

Hi Debbie J,

Yes, they have helped cut down on the frequency of my migraines. I'm

also on Topamax, which I started a couple of years before the B12 and

magnesium. The Topamax helped quite a bit, but adding the other to it

cut back the frequency to every 6 to 8 weeks instead of once a month.

It also gave me other benefits, i.e. a little extra energy and help

with my IBS problem. Hope that helps.
