I will join you in the cane beatings. I got one

finally back in July 07. I had to sink in to my pain

and not my pride.however workin in EMS/Fire/Rescue (i

am know a paramedic instuctor). I took a ragging.

I told them all to watch it, this cane was made in

Austraila and was half boomerang.

I hated that wooded thing, . I know use a crutch as

the hip has been really wearing down to nothing.

I wan't a very bright fire engine red.

Goodness what else are we youngins going to look

forward to next?

For those of you who use canes or are thinking about it, CVS carries

some really nice adjustable ones for $19.95. They come in nice

colors and patterns but you have to get there as soon as they put

them out as they go fast. I bought a copper colored one that I love

and then I later bought a black one to leave in the trunk of my car

in case I forget to bring the first one with me. I don't use the

cane a lot but do need it if I am out shopping. I also need it when I

go out to get the newspaper in the morning. Haven't seen a fire

engine red one yet.
