Guest guest
I have a friend that was diagnosed several years ago with fibro and used to take pain meds, but has not done so in a while. We have been talking and she told me that she is ready to see about at least getting something to use when it gets real bad or possibly something to use to help keep the pain in the background so she can function. Her main concern is she takes a AD (trazadone) and is not sure what can be taken with that. I told her I would ask with permission if any of my new friends on this board take trazadone and if so, what pain meds do you take with it? She is concerned with them not working like they should. Thanks for any help. Christi in Texas
Guest guest
You can check for drug interactions at drug.com for future reference. I used to trazadone and was able to take tramadol and Tylenol. HTH. Guest guest
Hi Christi, She probably should ask her doctor, but I take Trazadone at night for sleep and take 5mg hydrocodone as needed 3 X day. Trazadone still works well. I take it along with flexeril, a muscle relaxer and Singulair for asthma. None of them seem to affect the others. Take care, Marti Christi Randall wrote: I have a friend that was diagnosed several years ago with fibro and used to take pain meds, but has not done so in a while.
