I am taking effexor for my depression, wellbutrin for my anxiety and it seems to

help. Of course I have bad days but we all do so I try and realize that.

My therapist explained anti-dep like Prozac and Zoloft to me in a way that makes

so much sense. They are very much like medicine you take when you have a

headache, for example Tylenol. Tylenol works for some, but Advil works better

for others, some like Excedrin others Alieve. So you have to try some, one

might work but you may have to try 2 or 3 before you find what is right for you.

And being that it takes 6-8 weeks for the anti-depresents to get into your

system finding the right one takes time.
