Guest guest
Hey all. I think I may have found another lawyer for my Unum case. The one I had called yesterday and started giving me a lot of 'hassle' about what he thought he could do. Then he wanted me to sign a bunch of forms so he could get more info (from Unum only) before he made up his mind. I got to thinking I didn't like his negativity. Never a good thing to go in with. I spent at least a half hour on the phone with another lawyer today and at least I liked the way he talked to me better. He asked ME to send everything I had on the case and he'd get back to me ASAP. To me that's better than deciding what you can or can't do just based on Unum's denial letter to me. I've learned one thing in this whole exercise; half these lawyers don't do what they claim they do. They have all these terms and pages on their websites or in the phone book and then you call them and they say " we only do car accidents " . OK, so why the heck do they have a whole web page on something else? They should take the page down. I'm really feeling under the weather. Still got the hot/cold sweats/chills thing going and nausea. I haven't eaten yet today because I feel like I'm going to vomit. I made the poor dogs sleep in their crates last night because I was so " seasick " from them moving on the bed. My eyes feel like there's sand in them but I'm trying not to rub them because it makes it worse. I'm also hoarse and coughing again. booohoooo right? I hurt all over. How is it we can feel the cold weather in our bones when we are indoors and its warmer?? I never understood that. It's cold and windy and supposed to be snowing again today. Don't you wish you were in Palm Desert with Britney sitting on a balcony with no pants on?? LOL... As much as I love the snow; every winter I wonder if I shouldn't relocate someplace a little warmer because my body does NOT like the cold. It doesn't snow down here in Carson City that much anyway. The problem is the places that are warmer in the winter are usually too hot in the summer. I guess I just need a summer and a winter home. LOL... fat chance that will ever happen. I'm going for one more nap before the girls come home.
