Try it now. > I will put you in my prayers! I too feel the pressing of time. I quit smoking 1 1/2 years ago. It gets better! Really. I smoked at least a pack a day. If you would like someone to talk to about it, I would be glad to offer what I know. Many of my friends still smoke, don't give up. It all gets better when you take control. It had affected me to the point of a headache and naseau. I've been trying to clear all day. I am open to you receive whatever positive healing benefits you may offer up to me. Prayer is not a substitute for medical attention. Not saying that our healers are not awesome but there are somethings that don't go away. Like you I had these kind of symptoms and ended up being diagnosed with MS. With lots of prayer and dietary changes I am relapse free for now. Also had to learn to let go of alot of bottled up stuff any way you can find to keep extra energy for you to help your body repair itself is a good thing. Forgiveness is one. We don't hurt them by not forgiving it is us that keeps throwing energy at it. Us that it hurts the mostest. I recommend drinking green tea helps repair cell damage and is high in antioxidents. Eat lots of blueberries they help with pain. Eating lots of antioxidents strawberries, rasberries etc. smoothies are good. they help to heal cell damage. and lots of green vegies like salad, brocoli etc. I learned alot about foods that heal from that Dr guy online Dr Mao. It is worth a try. Maybe between the doctor, the food and the healing prayers you will end up feeling loads better.
