Guest guest
Thank you Debra! It's Day 3 of Lyrica - yesterday I had about a 2 hr nap and I slept well but apparently was coughing from the bronchitis so much I woke myself up (despite my sleep apnea mask) around 1am, took 2 tylenol and went back to bed and woke up this morning, feeling fine. And I took my morning dose and managed....lol....which is good! Of course, I AM letting DH drive this weekend, to be on the safe side, if that makes sense? And yes, while the doctor has a napoleonic complex (he comes to my shoulders maybe), he is thorough and actually said he wished I had RA because it's far easier to treat, even though fibro isn't as devastating to the body or organs as RA, because there's so little known about fibro. We've got snow in Georgia.....and it's beautiful! Hugs, Darlene > > Darlene, how great that you have a good doc. That is one of the most important things that allow us to cope with this. I am glad you did not come across some quack that thinks we are all idiots. I hope the Lyrica works well for you. I have heard many good things about it here. And I do recall that everyone who starts it has a sort of drunk feeling at first. That will let up soon though from what I hear. > hugs, > Debra V.
