Guest guest
Mark Thank you for the diet information. I understand that antibiotics interfere in this process of healthy digestion. Does this also apply to antihistimes etc. Secondly, how does alchohol fit into the equation. It is okay to have in moderation at certain times? Guest guest
Hi , Antibiotic are the worst for digestive disruption and constant use of antihistamines or pain killers does not help ether but is not as bad. Alcohol in moderation is not harmful but they do supply sugars and beer has yeast which both feed bacteria and Candidia. And I will explain it all in great length in part 3. It is very complicated. Take care, Mark wrote: > Mark > > Thank you for the diet information. I understand that antibiotics interfere > in this process of healthy digestion. Guest guest
Hi a, The National cea Society also says that they do not know what causes or the cure for rosacea. Intolerences or triggers are delayed and hard to identify. I found that there is very little helpful information available and most asumptions are wrong, they look at short term effects and not the most important long term effects. I do suggest fruits lower in sugar like bananas, strawberries, cheeries, blue berries ect. Fresh fruits contain Fructo Oligo Sacharides which helps digestive balance and healing. Guest guest
Hi ette, I would suggest that you try my diet and supplements. When you see results you can reduce your antibiotic dose gradually until you no longer need them. Carrot juice may also help with the natural carotenes that have been reported to help eyes. Best wishes, Mark Pport20@... wrote: > Mark, > > I was told to use antibiotics, probably long-term by my eye doctor because of occular rosacea. Guest guest
I am 56 and got roscea after a bad case of the flu almost 5 yrs ago. I am now undergoing photoderm in hopes of getting rid of some of the awful flushing I have. I also take Clonidine to help with the flushing. Guest guest
I'm soon-to-be 27, and I think I had my first flare after a really bad sunburn when I was 16. It cleared after a year or so and continued to improved until I was about 25. I'm not sure what triggered it the second time around. Probably a combination of things. After a series of 7 or 8 photoderms treatments, some major diet modifications and lifestyle changes (like learning how to control stress), and daily use of a good sunscreen, it's now under control. --- mnbcg@... wrote: > Can we get some ages in here, I'm 31 years old and > have this since I became > pregnant with my son in 1995? Guest guest
> All this talk about Photoderm...what is it? I have a question concerning this procedure as well. I'm just wondering if photoderm is necessary in reversing this condition. I have been using certain products with a fair bit of results, however, a flare is always just two steps away. I feel that my condition has reversed somewhat but nevertheless there is much room for improvement. I have heard alot of talk about photoderm and am tempted to try it but I really don't have the money... has anyone had a great deal of success treating this condition without the use of photoderm? Guest guest
I am 29 and am now scared to death to have a child. It seems like a lot of people's rosacea gets worse after having a child. I know some of you are going to write me back saying that it is worth having a child anyway - I am sure it is, but it is still scary as hell. I think my R was in the beginning stages 2 -3 yrs. ago. I baked in tanning beds for several years and lived in the sun. Last year I was baking more than normal getting ready for my 10 yr. reunion. Now, of course, no more sun for me!
