Guest guest
I've been taking a B-complex with C which contains niacinamide rather than niacin. It's made by Natural Factors, called Stress B formula. It's available in Canada; I'm not sure about the US, but look for it! Health food stores might have it if you can't find it at a basic pharmacy/supermarket. Guest guest
Carlen, I found a drugstore brand called Nature Made that has a great B complex formula made with niacinmide rather than straight niacin. I've never had any problems with it. Matija > Hi group > > Does anyone know of a good brand for a B-complex vitamin that dosn't contain > Niacin? I've been looking everywhere! Guest guest
Carlen-- My favorite B-complex is My Favorite B-Complex, by Natrol. It's a little more expensive than some brands, but Vitamin Shoppe usually has it at a 30% discount. You can get it in 50 or 100mg strengths. The product that contains the balanced omegas is Udo's Choice. I've only used the capsules and then only when travelling (when I can't take my refrigerated bottle of flax seed oil with me!). Since I've only used it in a pinch, I can't really vouch for it. It's quite expensive, though, and the directions recommend 6 caps daily so you could go thru it pretty quickly. --- CarlenCEJ@... wrote: > Hi group > > Does anyone know of a good brand for a B-complex > vitamin that dosn't contain > Niacin?
