Guest guest
COld weather is a trigger for a flare up. Here in NY it went below 60 degrees and low and behold... I am red faced and red cheeked again. This is my first year with cea and this past winter was a horror. Very painful and very red. I need to devise a soft face mask for the severe winter months... but what about those moderately cold days. ANy suggestions on what I can do to keep from flushing aside from staying indoors (not practical) or moving south. ALso, I haven't really had any time in the sun yet (which most complain about) I think weather will be my greatest challenge. Does the cold afftect anyone else?
