Guest guest
Kim, I use the hemp oil as a moisturizer because it ( & only a small drop of Vita Oil) is the only moisturizer I can safely use. I use a couple of drops and massage it in my skin at night. I've found out that the only thing that keeps my mild seb derm at bay is to cleanse my skin at night with a cleanser which thoroughly takes off all makeup. I've found that the hemp oil soap from the Body Shop works well for me without causing irritation. I use the hemp oil to moisturize my hair after I wash it too since I react to almost all conditioners and it works well there. It doesn't matter how much hemp oil I use -- my skin doesn't get irritated or breakout. Hope that helps! Matija > I just purchased some cold-pressed hemp oil to use as a moisturizer.
