Guest guest
Just a heads-up to those who run fans at night- Some women suffering from hot flashes find they just need the sensation of air blowing, whether a fan or opening a car window. It's pretty common for people with lung conditions to feel they cannot get enough air in. I recall a respiratory therapist posting on a lung group advising us to run a fan to help with the sensation of not having enough oxygen. Not sure if those of you running fans have asthma or COPD or other breathing disorders. Just a thought. And yes, I also run a fan to help with the sensation of suffocating and not being able to get enough air; but I have interstitial lung disease, so I really do have trouble getting enough oxygen in. girlsaylor
