Guest guest
i too have psoriasis on my feet. 0ne tx for this is a cream called Dovenex. however i never tried it, because it doesn't always seem to work on this condition. it may sound a little weird, but what i do is soak my feet for about 45 mins, usually in the bath, and take a knife and scrape off the layers of skin w/out actually butchering myself. it's kept the psoriasis wonderfully under control. it's still there, but is not a problem if you can get rid of all that extra skin. i haven't tried this during an actual pustule outbreak, which i haven't had for a while, but for that i just go barefoot as much as possible; it's best to keep your feet dry to avoid also getting a fungal infection, which sometimes seems to go along w/a psoriatic outbreak. from anything i've read and observed, the trick is to keep feet dry, treat them w/softening lotion to lessen getting those deep and painful cracks, and get rid of that extra skin. good luck! nin
