Kathy,

Your makeup will not act as a sunscreen unless it is specifically advertised

as one. If it has sunscreen in it, it will note the SPF factor, probably

right on the front of the bottle. Even though I use a foundation with SPF

15, I still use additional sunscreen underneath most days.

I have used Eucerin and it was ok. I like other products better. I use Dr.

Sy's zinco and emu oil. I put on my metrogel/cream, then zinco (it has a

sunscreen). If I know I am going to be outdoors a lot I put on Baby Block

sunscreen 50 SPF on then put my make up on over the suncreen. Most make ups

do not have the protection from the sun.

As you read the other emails you will find we all have our favorites and some

can and cannot use products . It is a new game of trial and error to find out

what works for you. Good luck and keep reading . You will get some good

information here from the others too.

I came across Eucerin products when I first developed my rosacea (5

an SPF 25. I'm fine with both, and really like the moisture lotion.

I always follow with makeup (but always have worn makeup). My makeup

has zinc oxide in it (Merle Norman), so that adds to the protection,

too. > Flipping through a magazine today, I found an advertisement

for a " sensitive
