Guest guest
What a wonterful idea Judy/WI! I'm happy to be invited to your Happy Party. I was picked out by a Himalayan cat at the pound, literally, about 6 months ago. He literally rubbed and strutted back and forth against the glass window at the local shelter, just for me. So much so that everybody there was telling me that I simply had to take that gorgeous cat home. Well, I did. Today I had company, and this wonderful cat just pranced up to everybody present, looking them straight in the face, purring, and inviting pets and hugs. He is the most affectionate cat I've ever seen. Always makes me smile when he comes to me for some lovies. <grin> girlsaylor
Guest guest
Well, that made me smile!! I'm a huge cat lover, having 4, 2 from the humane society and the other 2 rescued as strays (they were so tiny, maybe 5 or 6 weeks) And they have brought me so much loving and joy to my life, and my little pysco shelie, but I love her to death too! jeribelle2000 wrote: What a wonterful idea Judy/WI! While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general. 2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better. 3. To unsubscribe the e-mail is: Fibromyalgia_Support_Group-unsubscribe 4. Also, it is not uncommon for more than one member to be feeling bad at the same time when it comes to flares and b/c of that potentially take something another member says the wrong way. And that includes the things that one member may find funny (even if it's laughing at fibro itself) even though we who deal with illness whether one such as fibro or multiple illnesses try to keep a sense of humor. 5. Pls let's be gentle with each other, and if you are having a bad day pls let us know so that we can do our best to offer our support. Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
your welcome and we all need a good giggle sometimes. you know what is another fun thing to do when friends get online and they are at their wits end with things. everyone plan on a movie night together and a chat group. the movie has to be a horror or scary movie, and while it plays everyone gets involved with it and comes up with bylines and lines. the Vietnam MIA children (adults of course now) do this, we have a blast. Guest guest
Judy, I have one kitty I got from the Humane Society we call him Harley. Keezie for short. The other one belongs to my daughter but she could not take her with when she moved. She came from a litter of kittens from my sons cat. so I guess I have always had her anyway! I saw you mentioned that you are going off of Paxil. I did that cold turkey my doc did not wean me off of it like he should have . You are right it is terrible going through withdrawl form that. I want to quit taking Fluxotene but I know it will difficult even though I would wean myself off of it. But, I know what I went through with the Paxil and I have been on fluxotene for about 5 years now. But I do not think ir\t is doing anything for me. Hope you feel better soon, Lori H Judy Thurow wrote: Well, that made me smile!! I sent the joke to my grandson, via his mother of course. He's six so I'm waiting to here if he gets it. He's more likely to get it then I was. Guest guest
Hi. My happy party is just being with my son and seeing him smile. That keeps me going!!! mom to Caleb (28 weeker) To the Group Join my Happy Party! Hello All, I haven't been doing well and really am way behind on reading posts. I get down to 200 left to read and when I get back to read more it's up to 225 or so. I have been recently switched to alot of different medications. And right now I'm going through an awful paxil withdrawal. It's Hell! So I hope you're all doing ok, but I know that's not happening in this group for all of us. So I decided to have a happy party. Want to come? Post something happy, something that made you smile, something that made you laugh, something that brought you joy. We could all use alittle more sunshine in our lives, this winter is getting way too long. So let me start the party. I have been putting corn out for the deer, and the other day when it was warmer they came when it was still light out. Nine of them were out there. I was able to zoom my camera and got such wonderful pictures that I now have on my screen saver so I'm able to enjoy all the time. Okay, I suppose that's not much, but it did give me so much joy. Spring is coming!! Hugs to you all, Judy/WI ------------ --------- --------- --- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
looks like there are a lot of animal lovers here. I have a 8yo Golden Retriever named Lacy. And a 2yo English Bulldog named Chopper, he is such a clown. And he gives hugs and if it means anything he does make all the funny noises that are rumored to happen to bulldogs. If I don't hear snoring come from him I get up and make sure he is ok. I am going to attach a pic so you all can see. Diane --- Marti Boguski wrote: > Yes, it made me smile. Guest guest
My Happy Party right now is to sit out in the sun and watch my friends chihuahua puppies play with each other and there mother....Mom is deer color and white and dad is black but he is not here with us....he is up in snowy cold Indiana...The pups are 8 weeks old and weigh about a pound a piece, one is fawn and white colored, one is black but turning sort of grey and the other is all black with white on the belly and paws. The chase and roll each other, go out in the low grass and dig holes, jump on each other and just so playful....My girlfriend and I just sit and watch them play for hours..its better than watching TV. My only regret is they will be sold soon and we will have no happy party then. Pat --------------------------------- Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo! Search.
