Red, Itchy patch -ADVISE PLEASE

Hey guys,

I left a similar message a few days ago but didn't get any responses.

My problem now is I have a red scaly lookinging patch on the upper,

outer side of my nose. Both sides have it, but the right side is much

worse. The left is hardly noticeable. But the right is kind of

noticeable and is pinkish/brown in color. It is a little bigger than

a nickel in size. It looks like I could easily PICK the scaly skinoff

but I don't know if I want to do this. I have had 2 photoderms so far

and did not have this patchy problem before them. As far as my cheeks

go they hardly get red anymore, but now I have this to deal with. It

is also sometimes very itchy but I won't itch it.

Someone mentioned Nizoral shampoo to get rid of this. If so, how long

does it take if my skin reacts good to it? And does it get rid of the

scaly skin and redness or what? Thanks so much.
