Guest guest
Christi I was on Amitriptyline for 19 yrs. and was switched to Trazadone by mistake by a fill in shrink and it would put me to sleep but I would wake up shortly after. It works very well for some and not at all for others. Drs. like to experiement w/thier patients in order to find out what works. I personally think they should avoid such antidepressants just for sleep due to side effects. Ambien and Lunest or Rozerum should be tried 1st. Rozerum may be best from what I've read and what my shrink told me. However if a person has ever taken Ambien or Lunesta Rozerum most likely wont work according to my shrink. I hope you find the best answers for your friend. GOD Bless ! ! ! . . . ........................................................ We have been talking and she told me that she is ready to see about at least getting something to use when it gets real bad or possibly something to use to help keep the pain in the background so she can function. Her main concern is she takes a AD (trazadone) and is not sure what can be taken with that.I told her I would ask with permission if any of my new friends on this board take trazadone and if so, what pain meds do you take with it? She is concerned with them not working like they should. Thanks for any help.Christi in Texas _________________________________________________________________ Connect and share in new ways with Windows Live. http://www.windowslive.com/share.html?ocid=TXT_TAGHM_Wave2_sharelife_012008
