ups and downs with this, anyway I have had a few bad weeks in a row as of

late. I spent 2 days in the hospital because of an irregular heartbeat some

light headedness, and the most awful headache I have ever had thus far in 35

years of life. Years ago I had 3 back surgerys and for a while the pain of

that was not bad but now it always hurts from my neck all the way down to my

knees and every once in a while my head joins the awful party my body throws

too. I went to er on the 3rd of this month and the doctor gave me Zanaflex

to make the headache stop and it worked pretty well and helped me to get the

sleep that slips out of my foggy grasp on a daily basis no matter what I

take, but after a few days I was back to sleeping 3 to 4 hours, and on the

days it hurts the most isn't that the day everyone wants to touch you and

grab on you sometimes I don't think that people get it. Well I feel a little

better that I got that off my chest, I might go take a nap today is not too

bad of a day. Back into the shadows I lurk, thanks for listening.
