Hope this helps! ) ps--Found it in the MPR ) Med help This is an elderly patient with many problems including end-stage renal disease, pulmonary edema, hypertension, and a host of other things. Her list of medications is as follows: Lopressor 25 mg p.o. b.i.d., Lipitor 10 mg p.o. q.d., Imdur 60 mg p.o. q.d., Coumadin 2.5 mg q. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, albuterol 2 puffs inhaled q.6h, Nephrocaps 1 p.o. q.d., Pepcid 20 mg p.o. q.d., **S/L arena gel*** 400 mg 2 t.i.d. with meals, Tums 500 mg t.i.d. with meals, Zyrtec 10 mg p.o. q.d., Zemplar 3 mcg IV post-hemodialysis on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Epogen 3000 units IV post-hemodialysis on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. It is the medication that sounds like " arena gel or orinagel " that I can't find. Any ideas?? Thank you!! Patient is 36 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with a yeast infection. Doctor will give her what sound like tarason #3. Any takers??? Thank you!!
