I know I should continue thru the pain > but my ultrim does not help that much. Oh, I hear you! :-/ I've had a major flare the past few days and feel somewhat better today. But I had stuff to do, so only risked half the number of reps for each exercise. Full set, but only half the number of reps. I woke up with the stiff neck from heck after being in bed most of yesterday, and it's still stiff. I felt like enstein when I was driving. It was a killer just to lift my arms. But there was no way the past few days that I could have done them in that much pain. So after some exercise, some food prep, some paperwork, and some errands, I'm ready to take my aching body and lie down with the space heater and some serious applications of warm purring pussycats. ;D I disagree, though on the 1 step forward, three steps back. Any little bit of gentle exercise gets you, if not ahead of the curve, at least with the curve in distant view.
