Guest guest
I have had the very same thing happen to my teeth the last 3 or 4 years. My teeth are also literally crumbling. They are breaking off and losing enamel and everything. I also had pretty good teeth before FM moved in so hard. I was eating a soft piece of bread one day and one of my teeth just broke... no apparent reason. I have not changed my dental hygiene habits at all. But just the other day another tooth broke off. It has been a major problem for the last couple of years or so. Ok, alot of us have Bruxism... tooth grinding in our sleep. I don't and I know this. My husband literally wakes up while I am sleeping from the snoring. Sometimes when I lay on the couch and fall asleep in front of the t.v. he also hears all my wierd noises. He says he has never heard my grind my teeth. Also, my jaws are never sore or anything. hugs, Debra V. LadyMoonkist wrote: I have a few friends online that I talk to that have fibromyalgia also... And we have noticed something that is going on with all of us. We started out years ago with nice teeth, and now, in my 42 yrs of age, my teeth are so bad. They seem to crumble apart at times....I was eating a tortilla chip last week, and one whole side of my " eye " tooth broke off.. and there wasn't anything wrong with it before. I am thinking about getting my teeth all pulled one day and getting some nice pretty choppers. Anyone else have this problem? K.
Guest guest
I don't have Bruxism either. My teeth are just falling apart...my doc says its either from the fm or some of the meds I have taken in the past...I told him it has to be from the FM, cause I didn't start taking meds until the last couple of years...and my teeth started getting bad when I was about 33 years old or so...maybe a little sooner.
