Good Morning Everyone,What wonderfully yummy things are you cooking today?? I haven't decided what we are going to have yet. I will have to get back to you later. I am thinking maybe some chicken fajitas with lots of grilled veggies and fresh made tortillas. YUM!! But not sure yet.What's on your menu??Maureen~There are no strangers here... Only friends that haven't met yet~

I am making angel hair pasta with scallops in a spicy tomato sauce. It's one of the scallop recipes Maureen sent out. we will also have green beans with it.
