Guest guest
I believe this too! And I wanted to ask everyone here if this has happened to you - I have had some flare type pain all week. Then yesterday, or last night I had an ibs episode where I had to 'go' and spent two hours 'going.' Last night my body felt great! I had taken a naproxen earlier that day but I often wonder that 'eliminating my toxins' helps the flare lessen. This morning I'm still in pain but a lot less intensity from 24 hours ago. wrote: > I do believe this has something to do with the buildup of toxins. I sometimes wonder if the flareups are similar in nature to migraines. When I have migraines, nothing seems to digest, and food just churns around and around in my stomach. At the end of the migraine, I always have an episode similar to what you described. I wonder if they'll eventually find out if flares have the same mechanism in the brain as migraines. Not that flares are migraines; just that they work kind of the same way for some people. Z
