Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, Thanks. I will ask my doctor about it. I only take it at night and I don't feel like I have any residual effects in the morning, but am always willing to find out about something that might work better. Maybe it contributes to the fog and I don't know it. I don't take any muscle relaxant in the daytime. For me, it always caused such brain fog and med head that I begged for something that might have the same pos benefits, w/o all the fog and she was able to put me on Skelaxin 800mg up to 4x day. It's a wonderful alternative and seems to work even better than flexeril (at least for me). Maybe it'll help someone else out there.... Cheryl M. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Guest guest
I take Soma and am still able to function. Flexeril, not so much. Best one for me so far is that one. ddean228 wrote: I have used flexeril in the past but when my provider found out I was doubling up just to get relief, well, they switched me to robaxin. I'll ask about skelaxin though because I still need to function somewhat! Guest guest
Hi Tammi, Thanks for adding another muscle relaxant to the group of names I'm compiling to ask my doctor about. The more I get the better I will be prepared. Take care, Marti bluesmokey72 wrote: Cheryl M., my son used Skelaxin in combination with Mobic and it really seemed to help him for a time. He got use to it and is now off all meds and so far (fingers crossed) he is doing well. It was a wonderful drug for him. Tammi --------------------------------- Never miss a thing.
