Guest guest
I can so relate. I have been having problems with my right shoulder now for a few months. I can hardly raise my right arm above my head. It hurts like hell just to pull a shirt off. I have lost range of motion in that arm too..... I cannot reach around with that arm like I can the other. The pain is pretty bad. I have a huge lump in my right upper back also. A big old muscle knot I guess. Debra V. " s.duke92 " wrote: Hi to everyone. MY name is I joined in the beginning of Dec. but my fibro has been so bad I have not been able to answer. Thank you to those of you who so nicley welcomed me. And to ansewer the question about my shoulder. Yes it is from the fibro and loss of movement we all have. The pain was so severe in my shoulder I just could not raise my arm on a regular basis as I should have. Now my right one is trying to do the same thing. Therapy is essental for all of us to maintain our range of motion but how many can go on a on-going basis? It is too expensive. So I am trying to make efforts to move them more but it is soooo hard!! I share with all of you the pain and loss of parts of our lives like work, and play. Sometimes I find it so unbeliveable how fast everything has changed. --------------------------------- Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo! Search.
