I can so relate. I have been having problems with my right shoulder now for a

few months. I can hardly raise my right arm above my head. It hurts like hell

just to pull a shirt off. I have lost range of motion in that arm too..... I

cannot reach around with that arm like I can the other. The pain is pretty bad.

I have a huge lump in my right upper back also. A big old muscle knot I guess.

I am trying to make efforts to move them more but it is soooo hard!! I

share with all of you the pain and loss of parts of our lives like

work, and play. Sometimes I find it so unbeliveable how fast everything

has changed.
