Guest guest
I'm sorry you feel bad Melody. I do understand what you mean about it being hard to tell what kind of sick it is. It's also sometimes tricky to know how sick you are too. It's a tricky thing to sort out. Get all the rest you can and I hope you feel better soon. Hubby has it, my neighbor also has it. I missed church today too from feeling lousy. What's funny is yesterday I was feeling achy and I said I'm not sure if it's fibro achy or sick achy. So my remedy for a fibroey day is to get out and be in the sun or go walk around Target or Walmart. For me, the walking around gets my circulation going and I usually feel better! So we went to Target, and every minute I was there I felt worse and worse. I said to hubby " nope, not fibro this time! I feel lousy! " It's just frustrating that sometimes we just can't tell! Because it almost feels the same, but when the run down feeling kicks in (which I don't normally get) and the fever, chills, sweats, sinus crap, headache (I don't get frequent headaches much either except sinus) and minor tummy troubles, plus others sharing the same symptoms as me, then I know it's not the fibro this time. Kind of a relief that it's something more run of the mill and it will pass, but frustrating that I have to do these little self-tests to determine whether I'm flaring or fighting a bug. That definitely explains my flare up during the week. I always flare up when coming down with something. Anyhow, I'm skimming posts and probably going to delete most, as I'm feeling too blah to respond to more than a few. However, I am thinking of you all! Hugs, Melody
Guest guest
Feel better soon. I'm suddenly crashing on the energy train. Don't know why. Guess I'll have to go back to bed soon.
