Hi Matija,

You are right , we are all individuals and every one has a different

diet and foods that cause flares. And popcorn was one of mine, it can be

very hard to digest. It is one of the foods that I would recommend to

avoid. But now I can eat anything, a few days ago I ate a whole sausage

and pepper pizza for lunch, but I don't do that very often. And if I do

I will make up for it later with a

very large salad for dinner. Since my digestion has improved so much,

any intolerance's to food have disappeared completely. But I still chew

my food well or I will get a little gas. That is one of the most

important factors to improve digestion, and all the other factors will

not work if you do not start with that. The smaller the particle is, the

easier to break down the food to molecular size

which is needed to be assimilated. And this is very important to regain

digestive balance.

Take care,

Mark
