Water is the best! It's pretty much all I drink. Soooo important to stay

hydrated with water, esp for pain and sickness preventative. However, do not

drink too much at a time! In for detox purposes never drink more than 8 oz an

hour!

I drink water all day. 3 times I have had to detox from water. You can look up

the symptoms but they are disgusting and bad. I had to go down to 1 liter a day

for a week and the doctor said my body would readjust itself, which it did and I

went back to drinking more. But then it did creep up on me again, because it is

so easy for me to drink more than is good for you. I do really watch it now,

because I don't want to go through that again.

Who knew you could drink too much water!
