Guest guest
I am apparently in the midst of a flare courtesy of my 9 day hospital stay due to asthma exacerbation. My pain isn't all over, but instead is in every area where I ever sustained any kind of injury (from sports mostly). Does that make sense? It's almost as if the monster has decided those are the areas to attack. I'm on Lyrica 150 mg 2x a day now. Taking either naproxen, robaxin or in severe instances darvocet, for the breakthrough pain. Also using a hot pad on the areas when they get really bad (which helps some). And I am using a natural essential oil (wintergreen) on the areas which seems to be helping as well. Just curious if anyone else had noticed this when they are in a flare? Darlene (in Georgia)
Guest guest
I've wondered about that also. I had to have a hysterectomy a few years ago and now I hurt almost as bad as I did before the surgery. This is just not fair. You get the problem taken care of but you still have to deal with the pain. Oh the joys of fibro.
