Jeribelle, I am so glad you are finding some relief! I DO use a

chiropractor to keep me in line, as well as a reflexologist who does

ion cleanse.

She was here Friday after I got out of the hospital and the ion

cleanse pulled out a lot of inflammation, yeast (which is to be

expected considering the sheer amount of antibiotics I am on) as well

as some heavy metals. She spent significant time working on my

lymphatic system to " open me up " so I could get rid of the junk. It

has helped tremendously! We're shooting for every 2 weeks and I do

chiro every 3 weeks. It hasn't totally absolved the pain, but I think

a lot of this current flare I'm in (which is hitting different parts

of me, is that normal???) is because I spent 9 days on my back in a

hospital bed, only allowed to get up to use the bathroom because I

was on constant oxygen.

Sorry for the lengthy message. I'm blaming it on the meds they still

have me on to wean me from the steroids! hahahaha
