Guest guest
, Welcome. It sure sounds like fibromyalgia to me. And I will add that I was on antidepressants for alot of years before I got FM. I am on the line of drug called SSRI antidepressants. I have often wondered if there is a connection somewhere. Welcome again, Debra V. (east Tx) wrote: Hi everyone. I am new to this group and have not been officially diagnosed yet. I have what seems to be IBS and " trigger points " all over my body. If I am touched or poked (especially hips, low back, thighs and shoulders) if feels like a knife going in. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I am also on anti-depressants for the last 6 years (before the pain started). Thanks in NY --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage. Also, it is not uncommon for more than one member to be feeling bad at the same time when it comes to flares and b/c of that potentially take something another member says the wrong way.
