Good morning everybody!

I have a few terms here that I'm having trouble with. I'm hoping

someone with more experience can help me out here!

There were some mild diffuse changes and apparent bronchitis seen

throughout both bronchial **s/l pleurese** but no intrabronchial masses

were seen in the right upper lobe, right middle lobe, right lower lobe,

right **s/l broncho center medius** to the subsegmental level.

Where I hear pleurese - could he be meaning pleurae and just using the

incorrect plural form? Does the phrase " both bronchial pleurae " make

sense here? I'm really not sure what he is saying with my second s/l.

Thanks in advance for any help!
