Guest guest
, It's been my experience that my skin, when I'm in the inflammation state, will start reacting to all kinds of things--even things that usually don't bother me at all. My skin " settled down " the last time and I was able to go back to certain products for about 4 months--then boom--another episode. Also, does anyone get burning skin on back, arms, etc. when they have a severe " outbreak? " Thanks, Patty
Guest guest
Patty, I get a burning feeling on my upper arms and shoulders when I eat a food that causes a rosacea outbreak. It's as if I have a first degree burn there. They don't look red however. Also seem to get painful cysts in my earlobes, slight swelling around my eyes and the skin on my nostrils gets flaky and itchy. Unless I'm eating peanuts or vinegar, my face is now spared with my other food triggers thanks to ZincO Cream.
