When I lie down for a nap during the day, I get those involuntary jerks of the body 2 or 3 times before falling asleep. Drives me nuts. It doesn't happen at bedtime, though, so my meds must help contol them. I remember learning in science that these muscle jerks are normal as our body tries to relax, but they seem worse in fibromites.
