Guest guest
Did your doctor or nutritionist say you should be having a shake/food that late in the evening? Everything I've read and have been told by my medical folks has said you shouldn't be eating late in the evening, especially before bed. I stick with their recommendations of nothing past 8pm as best I can. I wouldn't think that'd affect light headness. When I had brief bouts with that it was because of low blood pressure. Now I suspect it's because of low blood sugar or something else. It doesn't happen too much but occasionally. I don't really do anything about it. I suppose if it was something I was concerned about I'd check with my doctor. I usually drink around 120-150oz of liquids a day. Probably half of that is water the other half is green tea and/or Crystal Lite or sugar free Kool-aid. You could try drinking more. I doubt that would hurt. Before you ask, yes I do go to the restroom quite often I suppose. Maybe six or seven times. Maybe more. I don't really keep count. I work/play/exercise and live in an environment that lends itself to being close to facilities. Plus I'm a guy so all I need is a waist level shrub really. You seem to be drinking a lot of shakes too. Do those make you feel full? I don't drink shakes. I just eat a lot of seafood. I only get maybe 60-70g of protein in. I get too much sodium too. Guest guest
I don't know if you should add or delete anything but some people keep track of their food & water intake on I think it is fitday.com .If I'm wrong, someone please add the right website. Also I would just call & mention it to the dr & see why they suggest for you. Good luck! Kim F Lap RNY 6/23/06 298/232/235 > > > > > > Why would I be feeling lightheaded/ dizzy? Guest guest
the only thing I see different from what my surgeon told me was NO PROTEIN BARS. They sit like mud in your stomach and are tougher to digest. --- findme@... wrote: > > > > > Why would I be feeling lightheaded/ dizzy? Guest guest
I just found this website, like fitday but works better for me its called thedailyplate.com, you type in the food you ate and it finds the name of it, like " smart ones " and give you exact calorie/ nut. information. I'm watching everything that goes in my mouth, though its been hard getting use to it; I think this helps alot and I can see my improvements. findme@... wrote: yup, I jot every bit that hits these lips down on paper .
