Guest guest
Well ya'll, after taking 6mg a night (per the doctors orders) it is no longer even making me drowsy. I am up till 4-5 am before i get sleepy. and then back up at 8am. Oh what i wouldn't do for a full night of sleep . to be able to lay down at 9pm and sleep all night with out having to get up to go potty. Guest guest
Our family dr. suggested melatonin for my children while they were growing up, it only works in intervals. It stopped working after 2 weeks but then after not taking it for a week it worked again. The Dr. said that is how it works. > > > Anyone used melatonin for years to get to sleep? > > I had read somewhere that there hadn't been any > > tests done on how long-term use of melatonin affects > > the brain and how it works in helping us sleep.
