Well ya'll, after taking 6mg a night (per the doctors

orders) it is no longer even making me drowsy. I am up

till 4-5 am before i get sleepy. and then back up at

8am. Oh what i wouldn't do for a full night of sleep .

to be able to lay down at 9pm and sleep all night with

out having to get up to go potty.

Our family dr. suggested melatonin for my children while they were

growing up, it only works in intervals. It stopped working after 2

weeks but then after not taking it for a week it worked again. The

Dr. said that is how it works.
