Guest guest
I encounter that very same problem, so I have two foam pads on my bad, to help soften it a lot more and they have really made a difference. Guest guest
For some reason I have been sleeping through the night these past 3 nights. But even though I get 8 hours of sleep,I still feel chronically fatigued. Oh how frustrating that is!! Tomorrow I start the vitamin b-12,was going to start today but it was afternoon when I remembered. I dont wanna take it to late in the day and not be able to sleep @ night. debra van ness wrote: I have been thinking about this. It seems that I probably don't sleep well because I have to turn over more througout the night than I use to. It seems that just the pressure of the bed or my very soft couch makes my body very uncomfortable after just a few minutes. I then have to turn over or reposition. What is just a little pressure to most people is actual pain to us. I sleep pretty deep sometimes but I do sometimes remember having to turn over alot. (I obviously wake up to some extent when I turn). Added to the fact the pressure on my body makes me hurt, it also takes alot of energy for me to turn over. More than it takes the normal people. Just part of the problem with sleep and fibro. love, Debra V. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage. Guest guest
Yep. I know that no matter how sound I sleep I can still vaguely remember being in pain while I was sleeping and having to turn over. That is why I am up so early this morning. I woke up because my whole body had it with pain from just laying in bed. Sucks huh? We have to lay down to rest, but we can't rest because our body hurts when we lay down. Dang it! love and hugs, Debra V. DebiAC012553@... wrote: I encounter that very same problem, so I have two foam pads on my bad, to help soften it a lot more and they have really made a difference. Guest guest
I've discovered that since we got the memory foam mattress topper, then either use ONLY flannel sheets in winter, or jersey knit sheets in summer, that I sleep better and suffer less " tender spot on fire " type pain. Lately I have not slept well at all. But that's due to sudafed I've had to take for the sinuses. I'm so tired it's not even funny. But if I don't take sudafed my sinuses will ache so bad that it might make me not sleep either! grrrr. I want a new bed that is tempur pedic, but for now what we have works. OH and if my nighty bunches up underneath me, it hurts so I have to tug and yank it into a smooth position. Also if there is a lump or wrinkle in the fitted sheet or mattress pad underneath me, it hurts and I have to get up and smooth it out or else I won't sleep. I feel so high maintenance sometimes. debra van ness wrote: > I have been thinking about this.
