Hi Darlene,

Yes, Dirtopan is the same type med as Detrol. I take many drying meds,

too so am always thirsty. Also keep a glass in the bedroom so I can

take my thyroid med at night. Sleeping with a mouth open does make your

mouth dry out. I do that. Take too many meds during the day so take

thyroid one at night by itself.
