" > You are so right, . When my FM came to a head 10 years ago, it was along with a mental health breakdown with lots of added stress from my job. Then, after being off work, even happy stress wears me out. I used to spend lots of time doing genealogy. I had paid subscriptions at Ancestry.com so I could access the census records. I got so excited one day when I found my grandmother listed as a servant in another household. It was something we never knew about her, and how she met my grandfather. She never talked about the past, as it was very difficult time for her, so anyway I was REALLY excited. I emailed my sister and parents and then I had to go take a nap. It just drives me nuts that my " stress meter " is broken. It makes the anxiety so much worse, and I choose to keep myself isolated rather than risk the energy drain. Thanks for listening.
